In today's fiscal reality, organizations need a reliable method and
management discipline to champion continued investments in information
technology projects while prioritizing the best portfolio of projects that
will also help take the cost out of the operating budget. This work
group will collect and examine best practices in the areas of IT governance,
portfolio selections, and prioritization and project management.
