Dear visitor:
I would like to personally welcome you to the Web site of the National Electronic Commerce Coordinating Council (eC3). eC3 has evolved over the years into its current form – a consortium of national organizations and public and private sector leaders identifying best practices for strategic change within government.
We believe that by working together, we can go far in the effort to identify and promote best practices that will enhance and improve governments.
This Web site will provide you with a history of our organization. Perhaps more importantly, though, the site offers you downloadable copies of eC3’s products, including white papers produced by eC3 work groups and symposium participants. I encourage you to peruse our publications archive. Many of eC3’s white papers have been noted by national leaders and publications as definitive sources of information about the evolution of electronic government into its current cross-boundary environment.
This year was a good one for eC3, as our 2007 annual conference in Austin, Texas, was a great success. That success was due in no small part to the hard work of our Board of Directors, sponsors and public sector partners.
As we turn our attention to the upcoming year, I hope that you will join us as we work toward our mission.
Sincerely
P.K. Agarwal
Chief Technology Officer, California
President of eC3
