This conference call will focus on the as-is and could-be workflow for well permits.
Production companies and state officials from Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky met on Thursday, August 30, 2001. They described the anticipated value of moving paper-intensive processes into on-line transactions, despite operating in a region with minimal internet access.
Constituent organizations want to assess the impact of e-permits on their own operations. The burning question:
