MN Secretary of State Mary Kiffmeyer welcomes participants to the 2003 Symposium in Minneapolis/St. Paul.  Thirty-five sponsors, invited guests and Board members participated in the discussion of "Cross Boundary Integration - the Key to Successful E-Government."

Ralph Campbell (shown at left), President of NECCC and NC State Auditor, introduces this year's special guests, Val Oveson, Utah Chief Information Officer, and Jonathan Womer, Government to Citizen Portfolio Manager, from the office of E-Government & IT in the Office of Management and Budget.

Mr. Womer (shown at right), ponders a question as he directed his presentation on the federal perspective on cross boundary integration.


J.D. Williams describes the analytical framework of cross boundary integration as P.K. Agarwal looks on.  Mr. Williams and Mr. Agarwal are founding members of NECCC.


Helena Sims, NACHA Senior Director and Avi Duvdevani, NECCC At Large Board Member and CIO of the New York Housing Authority view Bob Horton's PowerPoint presentation.  Mr. Horton is the Head of MN Archives and will be the primary author of the 2003 Symposium document.
